  1. Heat water to 200°F (93°C). Use filtered water for best results.

  3. Pour hot water over the grounds, ensuring all coffee is saturated. Stir gently.
  4. Place the lid on with the plunger pulled up. Let steep for 4 minutes.
  5. Slowly press the plunger down. Pour immediately and enjoy.

Pour Over

Brew Time: 3–4 min  |  Grind: Medium  |  Ratio: 1 tbsp per 4–5 oz water (1g per 16g)

  1. Place filter in dripper and rinse with hot water. Discard rinse water.
  2. Add medium-ground coffee to the filter. Use 1 tablespoon per 4–5 oz of water (or 1g coffee per 16g water for precision). Create a small well in the center.
  3. Start timer. Pour just enough water to saturate grounds (bloom). Wait 30 seconds.
  4. Pour remaining water in slow, circular motions. Maintain consistent water level.
  5. Total brew time should be 3–4 minutes. Remove dripper and enjoy.

Cold Brew

Cold Brew

Brew Time: 12–24 hrs  |  Grind: Coarse  |  Ratio: 1 cup coffee per 4 cups water (1g per 8g) — makes concentrate

  1. Combine coarsely ground coffee with cold, filtered water in a large container. This makes a concentrate — dilute 1:1 with water or milk before drinking.
  2. Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated. Cover container.
  3. Refrigerate for 12–24 hours. Longer steep time creates stronger concentrate.
  4. Strain through fine mesh filter or cheesecloth. Strain twice for clarity.
  5. Dilute concentrate with equal parts water or milk. Serve over ice.
