A medium-dark blend sourced from high-altitude farms in Central America and Africa — grown at elevations of 1,500 to 2,000 meters where the best beans earn their character. The result is a full-bodied cup with flavor notes of brown sugar, cocoa, and dried fruit — complex enough to reward a slow morning by the river, smooth enough to slam before you hit the rapids.
